Healthcare IT Consultant
As Solution Engineer, you will be a part of our Healthcare Platform team and together with your team mates you will integrate the next generation digital health tech platform and the medical data hub in hospitals.
The central and powerful data hub will connect and manage data streams within a hospital IT environment, escorting the patient data journey. The data hub enables exchange between all data sources like hospital information systems, PACS, medical devices and sensors, also in the surgical environment, thereby bringing the vision of the internet-of-things in digital healthcare environments to life.
When joining this position, part of your responsibilities will be to:
- Integration of the next generation health tech platform and the medical data hub at customer sites
- Set up the PACS and HIS connection to our medical data hub with standard interfaces like DICOM, HL7 and FHIR
- Interface to Hospital IT and Data Privacy Officer
- Contribute in design reviews and requirements engineering during the product development process
- Define and perform quality assurance tasks related to IT and Hospital Integration
- A degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge in Windows Server Administration
- Knowledge in SQL Server Administration
- Knowledge in a script language (e.g. Powershell or Python)
- It would be beneficial if you have experience in DICOM, FHIR or HL7
- Solid technical skills and ability to interact with engineering colleagues on details
- Experience in project work and pleasure of being part of a team
- Well-organized and clearly structured, agile working style with strong analytical skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English
