Working Student – 3D Slicer
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Working Student to join our Data Intelligence Division. As part of the Algorithms Infrastructure team, you will develop extensions for 3D Slicer that allow us to demonstrate the possibilities of using our algorithmic backend services. These services are core components of the Snke OS platform and support a variety of clinical workflows like radiotherapy planning, neurosurgery, and radiological readings.
You will take part in the design of the user interface in 3D Slicer and implement the communication with our services via gRPC.

WHAT YOU OFFER
- Studies in computer science or a comparable field of study
- First practical experience in software development with Python
- Ideally experience with 3D Slicer and the QT framework
- Experience with Protobuf and gRPC is a plus
- Conscientious, organized and independent work
- Fun with GUI development
- Good knowledge of English or German
